The 126 rooms and suites at Krumers Alpin – Your Mountain Oasis ****S, ranging in size from 12 to 78m², are all comfortably appointed, and the majority boast either a balcony or terrace. On request, some of our rooms and suites can be interconnected.

- Your room will be available to you from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. You can use the day spa area from 12 noon.

Cancellation policy, payment methods, and deposit

The final bill is due when you check out. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Debit card
- Eurocard/Mastercard
- Visa
Please note that we do not accept Diners Club & American Express cards.
Cancellation conditions
For all bookings made directly with the hotel via e-mail, telephone, or the hotel website, any changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
The following cancellation conditions apply for individual bookings for the summer season (from Easter Monday to 30.11.):
- Up to 72 hours before arrival: free cancellation
- From 72 hours before arrival: 90% of the total rate
- On the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total rate
The following cancellation conditions apply for individual bookings for the winter season 2025/2026 (01.12. to Easter Monday; excluding Christmas and New Year):
- Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation
- From 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total rate
- From 5 days before arrival: 90% of the total rate
- On the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total rate
For bookings over the Christmas period (20.12. to 25.12.) & New Year (26.12. to 04.01.), special cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 3 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
- From 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total rate
- From 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total rate
- From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total rate
- On the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total rate
Deposit
Please note that a deposit of €250.00 (for multiple rooms, €250.00 per room) must be paid by 1 month before arrival for all reservations for the Christmas (20.12. to 25.12.) & New Year (26.12. to 04.01.) periods.
After receiving the booking confirmation, we will send you a separate e-mail with a Hobex link, which lets you pay securely online (online transfer, Visa & Mastercard). Please also check your spam folder. We kindly ask you to make the deposit payment before the date on which the Hobex link expires, which you will also find in the e-mail. By paying the deposit, you accept our hotel’s contractual conditions and your booking is secured. As confirmation that the payment has been successfully made via the Hobex link, a green tick will automatically appear in the online window.
We do not require a deposit for bookings outside the high season (Christmas and New Year).
Pleasant check-in
To make your check-in experience as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to send us the details of all guests (per room) before your arrival (first and last name, date of birth, full address, ID or passport number & direct e-mail address).
